Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests by implementing the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product knowledge and personalized suggestions
• Introduce guests to loyalty programs and initiatives
• Collaborate in different store areas as needed
• Effectively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• Thrives on customer interaction
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Energy to manage a variety of tasks
