As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will manage the Vice President's day-to-day activities and oversee office administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Vice President’s schedule and incoming requests
• Prepare correspondence and travel arrangements efficiently
• Process contracts and manage invoices for payments
• Prioritize tasks and allocate work to temporary staff
• Organize and maintain the division's filing system
Requirements:
• College diploma in business administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience with senior personnel
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in both official languages
