Join Eldorado Gold as an MBO Site Administrator at the McIlvenna Bay site. This position offers a full-time role, providing critical administrative support for efficient mining operations within a 7/7 rotation.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations at the site. The role includes managing timekeeping, procurement processes, and generating important production reports. Experience in a remote location is advantageous, fostering your ability to adapt to unique challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to multi-departmental teams
• Oversee timesheet entry and payroll processes
• Create purchase requisitions and validate invoices
• Prepare production and monthly reports, and reconcile submissions
• Manage inventory of site-specific supplies
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or GED minimum
• 5+ years of relevant clerical/administration experience
• Valid driver’s license essential
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with a CMMS system preferred
