We are anticipating an August 4, 2026 start date.
Primary Responsibilities
Review, package, and process contracts, distributing documentation to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Conduct general paperwork review and processing, including amendments, condition removal packages, NSOs, change orders (Cos), and related documentation.
Prepare and distribute weekly inventory reports and complete project set-ups.
Administer construction system functions, including user setup, approvals, sale pricing entries and releases, contract corrections, and documentation setup.
Prepare and process start packages for distribution.
Maintain and update weekly sales boards.
Process deposits, including scanning, copying, tracking, and submitting to accounting.
Prepare and process commission forms and commission adjustments as required.
Ensure MLS documentation compliance and accuracy.
Input and maintain sales information within appropriate databases.
Record and distribute sales meeting minutes.
Enter and process MLS sales, including preparation of required internal documentation.
Maintain and update the Sales Manual.
Coordinate possession appointments, including client meetings, document execution, and final processing of documents provided by the Document Specialist.
Serve as, or obtain designation as a Commissioner for Oaths to support contract execution requirements.
Requirements
1-2 years’ experience supporting sales team operations in a fast-paced environment.
1-2 years’ experience reviewing, coordinating, and processing contractual documentation.
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Solid understanding of residential sales contracts and business principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional, ethical, and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and proactive problem solver.
Must be able to work in Canada legally
Must be a permanent resident of Saskatchewan
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
