Eagles Nest Youth Ranch is currently seeking Youth Care Workers for Full-Time, Part-Time and Casuals. We operate group homes within the City of North Battleford.

Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch provides essential 24‑hour quality care, counselling and therapeutic social and educational programs to vulnerable youth, and residents with low cognitive skills. Youth are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines & limits, nurturing & understanding, and teach values & skills required for successful living.

ENYR is currently recruiting for Full‑time, Part‑time and Casual Youth Care Workers to provide care, nurturing, therapeutic interventions & programming to youth.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada; they must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License and possess their own transportation.

Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with post secondary education in Youth Care Work, Social Work, Counseling or other related disciplines and/or 1-2 years of previous work experience in human services.

Salary ranges from $20.53 - $24.54/hour depending on education and experience.
