Location: North Battleford
Join Camp Bethany as a Cook to provide healthy meals for campers aged 15-30. This position emphasizes recipe planning, meal prep, and a commitment to youth service.
You will directly support the Pastor of Family Life in managing all facets of the lunch program. Key tasks will include designing nutritionally balanced menus, accommodating special dietary needs, and adhering to food safety regulations. This is a full-time, hourly role lasting for 8 weeks, perfect for those passionate about nutrition and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute nutritious lunch menus for campers
• Handle food procurement and manage quality control
• Utilize bulk-cooking techniques to prepare meals
• Adjust meal preparation for dietary restrictions
• Follow safety and sanitation best practices
Requirements:
• Aged between 15-30 at start date
• Commitment to and alignment with Christian teachings
• Experience in meal preparation for young individuals
• Valid vulnerable sector police background check
• Strong planning and team collaboration skills
