In this role, you will enhance the learning experience for students in Biology and Chemistry by developing support programs and workshops. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement curriculum for effective learning strategies

• Conduct workshops for students, including ESL and those with challenges

• Provide tailored support to enhance academic confidence

• Collaborate with faculty on course goals and outcomes

• Mentor and guide tutors to improve teaching practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields

• Relevant experience in academic writing and remedial teaching

• Familiarity with online education techniques

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

• Awareness of Aboriginal social challenges in education
