Join Suncrest College as a Temporary Registrar and play a critical role in enhancing student registration services. This full-time position, lasting until May 2027, requires strong data management skills.
In this role, you will work under the Manager, Post-Secondary Education and Admissions at Suncrest College, potentially located in Melfort or Tisdale, SK. You’ll be tasked with overseeing the Student Information System, managing student data, and implementing registration processes. Additionally, responsibilities include student admissions and statistical reporting to aid educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the coordination of registration services
• Implement student assistance programs and admissions processes
• Train staff on utilizing the Student Information System
• Prepare and analyze statistical reports for management
• Maintain and enhance database functionalities
Requirements:
• Relevant two-year post-secondary Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in related roles
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver's license needed
• A satisfactory Criminal Record Check is required
• Proficient in advanced spreadsheets and database operations
