Support the educational and spiritual journeys of students as an Educational Assistant at Delia School. This role emphasizes mentorship and collaboration within a K–12 context.

Delia School seeks a passionate Educational Assistant for full-time work, totaling 30 hours a week, who can actively contribute to the school’s culture of faith. You will play a vital role in student mentorship across grades, providing both academic support and spiritual guidance. Engage with the community through service projects while collaborating with educators and families for optimal student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily classroom activities and instruction

• Mentor students through relationship-building and spiritual support

• Conduct age-appropriate devotions and faith-related activities

• Collaborate on crisis responses and student wellness initiatives

• Encourage participation in outreach and service opportunities

Requirements:

• Training or degree in theology, ministry, or a similar field

• Experience working with youth in various settings

• Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with students

• Creative programming and mentorship approach preferred

• Familiarity with school environments and dynamics required
