Director of Early Childhood Administration

Location: meath park

Lead administration and programs at an early learning center as Executive Director. Build strong relationships with staff and parents while managing daily operations effectively.
This role is central to the effective administration of the center. You'll guide the team in developing relationships with families while fulfilling responsibilities as an Early Childhood Educator when needed. Day-to-day operations will be a priority to ensure the center runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administration and programming activities

• Develop relationships between staff and parents

• Engage as an Early Childhood Educator as needed

• Manage daily operational requirements of the center

• Create and implement supportive programs for children
Requirements:

• Background in early childhood education

• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills

• Strong ability to prioritize various tasks

• Experience in educational administration
