The OpportunityYou will lead the development of the market from Ontario to British Columbia, making it an exceptional opportunity for a true hunter who thrives on building momentum, forging relationships and opening new markets.
The candidate may be based in any Major Canadian City with access to a commercial airport, given the travel required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and expand a national territory;
- Build and manage a network of distributors, agents and direct clients;
- Introduce a high-value reinforcement solution to contractors, engineering firms, municipalities, transportation authorities and civil infrastructure stakeholders;
- Achieve strong year-over-year growth (20% expected);
- Generate new opportunities, build robust pipelines and close technical sales;
- Position the product as a preferred reinforcement solution in targeted markets;
- Collaborate with internal engineering and marketing teams for technical and strategic support.
We are looking for a true builder, not an account maintainer.
Ideal Experience- Strong B2B outside sales experience in construction, industrial, engineered products, materials, equipment or infrastructure
- Demonstrated success developing or expanding a territory from the ground up
- Experience working with contractors, project managers, engineers, distributors or industrial stakeholders
- Ability to navigate technical sales processes and articulate product value
- High autonomy, initiative and competitive drive
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region
- Base salary: 90,000 to 100,000 dollars
- Commission: 1% on all territory sales
- Company Car
Includes laptop, cellphone and full travel expense coverage.
