Manager, Strategic Finance at Instacart

In this role, you'll be a key partner to cost center owners including People, Finance, and Legal. Your responsibilities will include managing financial forecasting, performance tracking, and ensuring alignment with company priorities. The dynamic environment demands quick decision-making and adaptability to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary finance partner to G&A cost centers

• Oversee monthly and quarterly Actuals vs Forecast processes

• Lead annual budget and monthly forecasting cycles

• Build financial models for scenario planning and analysis

• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy in G&A actuals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 6+ years in Strategic/Corporate Finance or FP&A

• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting

• Excellent communication skills
