Contribute your expertise to the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) as a Support Specialist for Technology Training. Empower users through essential technology support and training in a collaborative environment.
This role centers on optimizing technology training while providing extensive support to SITAG partners. You will conduct technical workshops, handle troubleshooting inquiries, and develop effective training materials to elevate end-user knowledge of various software and tools, ultimately enhancing service delivery and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions for users
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Develop and distribute training documentation and resources
• Collaborate with IT on technology integration projects
• Analyze feedback to improve training experiences
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years in technology training and support
• Proficient in various software and technical systems
• Previous help desk experience required
• Knowledge of First Nations culture is advantageous
• Valid driver's license required for travel
