Job Description Main Duties:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and servers across offices and properties
Provide first and second-level technical support to employees and property management staff
Manage and monitor the company's network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and VPN systems
Install, operate, and maintain CCTV and security surveillance systems across residential, commercial, and hotel properties
Troubleshoot network issues, connectivity failures, and software/hardware malfunctions
Set up and manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, antivirus, and data backup systems
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and prepare technical documentation and reports
Support hotel operations technology including property management software and Wi-Fi systems
Required Qualifications Post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field (minimum 2 years)
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar technical role Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Experience installing or maintaining CCTV, IP cameras, or security surveillance systems is an asset
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Clear English communication skills written and verbal###
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Experience supporting hospitality or property management technology environments
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Workspace Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence
Working Conditions Office and field-based, with travel between properties in Saskatoon and Regin
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with on-call availability Permanent Full-Time
