CBI Home Health seeks a dedicated LPN to join their team as a Foot Care Nurse. This role allows you to provide essential foot care services for clients unable to care for themselves. You will utilize your nursing skills while working in a supportive team culture focused on delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive in-home foot care visits
• Coordinate supplies and setup for foot care treatments
• Maintain client documentation according to guidelines
• Educate clients on foot care best practices
• Implement advanced foot care nursing interventions
Requirements:
• Membership in good standing with CLPNS or CRNS
• Advanced Foot Care Certificate (Heel your Sole)
• Proven experience in Public Health/Community Nursing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
