In this vital role, you will report to the Director of Nursing while specializing in psychiatric care. Your responsibilities include delivering thorough assessments, planning effective interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents' psychiatric and overall health needs
• Develop and implement customized care plans
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care strategies
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with nursing regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Relevant nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) mandatory
• Registered with CRPNS and CRNS
• Passion for long-term care environments
• Commitment to innovative practices in nursing
