In this position, you will report to the Retail Experience Lead and ensure each customer receives award-winning service. You’ll be responsible for helping customers find items, advising on merchandise care, and participating in store merchandising efforts. A high level of integrity and product knowledge is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide product guidance
• Foster quality relationships while offering outstanding service
• Assist with the preparation of merchandise displays
• Engage in promotional activities within the store
• Ensure accuracy in inventory and transactions
Requirements:
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Capacity to lift 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Criminal record check and cannabis certification required
