Saskatoon Client Ambassador

Position: Saskatoon Client Ambassador Role
Become a Client Ambassador with Hillberg & Berk in Saskatoon, focusing on exceptional customer service and achieving sales excellence in jewelry retail.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the client experience at Hillberg & Berk. Your responsibilities include meeting monthly sales goals, promoting brand initiatives, and ensuring superior visual presentation in-store. You’ll share valuable customer feedback with the Retail Store Management to help enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a welcoming and client-focused store environment

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently

• Communicate insights and recommendations to management

• Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation

• Actively promote brand initiatives and community support

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in retail sales

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
