Drive client success as an Account Manager for Domaine, the leading Shopify development partner. With your sales expertise, ensure project satisfaction and unveil new upsell opportunities.
Domaine is seeking a skilled Account Manager passionate about e-commerce and client relationships. This position involves guiding mid-to-large clients while fostering long-term partnerships and overseeing project health from kickoff through launch. You’ll utilize your excellent communication and strategic skills to both understand agency goals and meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main client contact, conducting regular check-ins
• Identify and pitch new client opportunities for growth
• Work with production teams to align client needs
• Collaborate on strategic briefs and develop client presentations
• Monitor project risks and scope, proactively addressing potential issues
Requirements:
• 4-6 years in sales or account management, e-commerce preferred
• Strong understanding of business requirements and web development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Google Apps, Figma, Hubspot, and other tools
• Ability to travel for client meetings and company events
