As a key member of our sales team, you will manage customer expectations, drive sales through consultative approaches, and lead a team of Sales Assistants.
Your role includes marketing our properties creatively while keeping updated with market trends to stay ahead of competitors. Your ability to communicate clearly and listen actively will foster successful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the main point of contact for home buyers
• Manage and foster customer relationships
• Achieve sales goals and promote new sales

• Work closely with project managers for customer needs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of sales experience in housing
• Valid driver’s licence and dependable vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Requirements include successful criminal record check
