This full-time position serves as a vital support role reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will manage documentation and contracts, process deposits, and update sales databases efficiently. Additionally, excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in this fast-paced residential construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process contracts and amendments
• Prepare weekly inventory reports for management
• Administer construction system functions and pricing entries
• Maintain accurate sales information within databases
• Coordinate possession appointments and client meetings
Requirements:
• 1-2 years supporting sales team operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
• Must work legally in Canada and reside in Saskatchewan
