At Brandt Tractor, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within your territory. Utilizing your expertise with John Deere equipment, you will identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Achieving sales targets and building a diverse sales pipeline are central to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and develop new customer accounts
• Build strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Promote new and used equipment for sale and rental
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
Requirements:
• Experience in agricultural sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prospect and establish new relationships
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
