This position requires strong leadership to train and nurture sales representatives, while also coordinating efforts with internal staff to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction. You will aid in the sales budget process and must be prepared to travel for mandatory meetings. Pivotal to the role is fostering long-term client relationships and delivering optimal service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and manage branch sales representatives
• Advance relationships with key customer accounts
• Assist in the creation of sales budgets
• Ensure effective communication with internal departments
• Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to customers
Requirements:
• High School diploma with Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience in competitive markets
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Proficient in PC skills; AS400/iSeries knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
