With a minimum of three years in transportation, you will manage teams and processes, maintaining continuity and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for terminal operations and teams
• Act as escalation point for operational issues
• Oversee driver scheduling and coverage planning

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in transportation operations
• Experience leading frontline teams in operations
• Knowledge of Hours of Service and dispatch processes
