About this Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to support accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting within VOIS. This role contributes to high‑quality financial outputs by supporting month‑end activities, analysing performance, maintaining reporting controls, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. The role is well‑suited to an individual who enjoys working with financial data, applying accounting standards, and continuously improving reporting processes within a dynamic environment.

What

you’ll do
  • Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in line with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and anomalies across revenue and balance sheet accounts.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Commercial, and Business Intelligence teams to align reporting outputs.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare presentations and reporting packs that summarise financial results and insights for stakeholders.
  • Maintain financial reporting documentation and support compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
Who you are
  • You bring experience in financial reporting or a related finance role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment.
  • You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, including IFRS.
  • You are confident working with financial systems such as SAP and, ideally, HFM.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across finance and business teams.
