Responsibilities
- Operate backhoe machinery safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, and trenching tasks
- Ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols
- Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and the overall condition of equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Excavate and grade surfaces to precise depths and specifications using various attachments, ensuring accuracy and minimizing material waste
- Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, and debris onto trucks and other transport vehicles, optimizing efficiency and preventing spillage
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Possession of a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) often required for operating heavy machinery on public roads
- Backhoe Operator Certification from a recognized training program proving competency and safety awareness
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating backhoes and related heavy equipment, showcasing practical expertise
- Aramco certificate
