• Accurately assess vehicle damage and calculate body and paint labor times
• Communicate with insurance representatives to secure fair and accurate repair times
• Ensure estimates and repairs comply with manufacturer warranty and policy requirements

• Schedule service appointments and gather vehicle/customer information in advance when possible
• Clearly explain repair scope, cost, and timelines; obtain proper authorizations
• Provide proactive updates throughout the repair process
• Review completed repairs and charges with customers at delivery

• Schedule shop work to maximize productivity and support technician skill levels
• Track work-in-progress and adjust scheduling as needed
• Coordinate parts requirements with the parts department

• Maintain accurate repair orders and WIP logs
• Handle inbound calls regarding appointments and repair status
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years of experience in auto body or truck collision estimating
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with heavy vehicle service terminology
