Glint Tech Solutions is looking for a skilled Data Analyst with Healthcare Payor experience to support a Provider Data Transformation project involving Salesforce migration and healthcare data integrations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading client.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and extract healthcare payor data for reporting and migration activities
- Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership review
- Work with large datasets to support Salesforce integration initiatives
- Develop data-driven insights and technical solutions to improve data accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on provider enrollment, claims, and benefits data
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Payor Industry Experience
- Strong experience with Databricks and Tableau
- Hands‑on experience with Python OR Salesforce
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and business metrics
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with FACETS
- Knowledge of healthcare provider/payor data integrations
- Understanding of NPI (National Provider Identifier) and healthcare workflows
