Senior MSAT Engineer – Drug Product & Primary Packaging
A global pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Senior Engineer to support the development, lifecycle management, and manufacturing readiness of primary packaging components used in injectable drug–device combination products
.
You will work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant packaging solutions across a global manufacturing network.
Key Focus Areas- Syringes, cartridges, vials, stoppers, plungers, and caps
- Process design, characterisation, and scale-up
- Supplier technical development and technology transfer
- Design for manufacturability and assembly
- Combination product regulatory compliance
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 6+ years’ experience in combination product environments
- Strong primary packaging and supplier-facing experience
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrix organisation
