Job description
Electrical Testing Technician - F/M/X to contribute to the quality and reliability of electrical products.
Responsibilities- Set up and execute routine tests on various products and devices according to standardized testing methodologies and requirements
- Support the preparation of test setups in cooperation with operators, assistants, and other internal stakeholders
- Prepare and document test reports according to applicable standards and internal quality requirements
- Collaborate with laboratory specialists to identify product non-conformities and technical issues
- Support root cause analysis activities and recommend corrective actions when required
- Coordinate maintenance activities related to laboratory equipment, tools, and testing systems
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and proper functioning of all testing equipment
- Assist external certification inspectors during testing and validation activities for products
- Support compliance and certification processes according to industry standards
- Propose improvements to existing test setups, methodologies, sequences, and laboratory processes
- Support the implementation of new testing technologies, tools, and equipment based on industry trends and operational experience
- You have a degree or technical education in electrical engineering or a related technical field
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a laboratory, testing, or quality environment
- You have hands-on experience with electrical testing procedures, measuring instruments, and laboratory equipment
- You have a good understanding of technical standards, testing methodologies, and quality requirements
- You are fluent in English and German

- You demonstrate strong communication abilities and are a team player
- You demonstrate a high level of reliability and quality awareness
