Position:Superintendent
Lead successful projects for our clients, taking full ownership of project delivery from planning through completion.
Responsibilities- Supervise the project schedule to ensure construction is completed in accordance with design and budget.
- Implement and enforce an on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and the Builtech Safety Plan.
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
- Develop and implement project procedures, management tools, standards, and procedures with the project team.
- Represent Builtech as the client’s primary on‑site contact.
- Consistently interface with owners, subcontractors, and architects.
- Maintain daily communication with project teammates.

$110,000 – $140,000 + additional compensation for high performance.
Position Requirements- Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Project) and Procore.
- Leadership skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization.
- Physical ability to lift, carry up to 40 pounds and push or pull 40‑pound loads; stand, walk, climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to traverse and inspect all areas of the jobsite in all weather conditions.
- Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary.
