Salesforce Business Analyst
Location:
Schaumburg IL(Hybrid)

Rate: $75/hr.
Job description
1.
Experience with leading industry technical support platforms including functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, etc.) and familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
2. End to End Stakeholder management from collecting requirements, prioritization, deve and deployment cycle.
