Inside Sales & Marketing representative
- Manager Candidate -
: Maintain products supply chain/pipeline between suppliers & customers as a distributor. That includes account set up, quoting, order entry, forecasting, scheduling, expediting, cancelling, invoicing, credit, RMA and problem resolution. Analyze schedules to update customers as to the status of their orders.
: Semiconductor products for automotive T1/T2customers (responsible about 5 key customers with 5 suppliers, about 20 line items each customer.)
: Be team-oriented, possess a strong desire to learn, enjoy challenges and working with people.
: Inside Sales experience with semiconductor products to support mass production over 5yrs.
: Clearly can understand, explain, manage and perform VMI (demand, supply and carrying inventory) based on supplier lead time.
: Can understand & perform complex excel spreadsheet to manage supply chain.
: Understand & can perform ‘Ship & Debit’ credit process.
: Can understand & explain all shipments & credit ledger.
: Can clearly perform, understand & explain FCT, PO, SO, ASN, INV and tractability including MRP entry, EDI transaction and spreadsheet update.
: Can clearly perform & explain sales FCT, Inventory analysis(aging/ tractability)
: Over time is required to meet customer needs.
