Senior Consultant - Vault CRM

What You’ll Do

• Own delivery for implementation and migration projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive the optimization and harmonization of business processes, and translate them into actionable and scalable solutions
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
• Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Product Owner
• Familiarity with CRM ecosystems
• Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel approximately 20% (domestic and international travel is required)

• Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Platform,  Platform, or similar
• Proficiency in SQL, MDL, Python
• Fluency in one of the following languages:
  French, German, Italian, or Spanish (Euro‑regional locations such as Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin are preferred; other EU locations will be considered)
