QLM Search are partnering with an International Packaging Group, who are hiring a Chief Sales Officer to lead the North American strategy for further expansion in the region.
Reporting into the Regional CEO and forming a key part of the executive leadership team, the role will be responsible for driving commercial and business excellence.
The business is at an exciting phase of its evolution and this critical hire will be instrumental in driving growth of a broad packaging portfolio in food and beverage customer bases.
This high profile role requires an entrepreneurial sales leader with a real "General Manager" mind set, who has the intrinsic flare to spot opportunities to maximise revenue growth, whilst also developing a high performing team.
It is critical that the successful candidate can demonstrate a deep expertise in the packaging industry with strong relationships and knowledge of applications for food & beverage customers.
To be aligned to this position you will have a track record of creating winning strategies to acquire, grow and expand key & enterprise accounts- whilst driven exceptional business performance within your sales teams.
