As a Field Merchandiser, you’ll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.
Salary and Schedule Details- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.00‑$17.00
, depending on your skills and experience. - We provide paid training delivered through live, hands‑on instruction as well as virtual classroom training.

- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are between 10–20 hours per week
. - Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you’ll restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in stores. You’ll use technology for reporting, feedback, and surveys and interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. - Holiday support

You may work additional days and extended hours around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Work may also be required on holidays and weekends. - Department resets

You may assist with installations, fixture building, and card section resets, typically notified two weeks in advance. These assignments can include evenings or weekends. - Team collaboration

As part of the Hallmark field organization, you support other merchandiser team members as needed in their territories.
This job requires a high level of energy and urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, consistently lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You will kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and use step ladders during the workday.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to operate a digital handheld device for reading documents and interpreting information.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores as scheduled.
