Program Manager
Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

$20.00‑24.00 (based on education and experience). Earn up to $1,500 in bonuses within your first 90 days based on completing certain new‑hire milestones.
Program HoursMonday to Friday 6:30 am‑8:35 am and 3:10 pm‑6:00 pm.
Responsibilities- Ensure safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities for a team of staff.
- Maintain operational efficiency by keeping site documents, licensing standards, attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures up to date.
- Provide continual coaching, fostering respectful relationships among staff to address challenges promptly and maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants.
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support program goals and implement changes or processes as guided.
- Maintain accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs, ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
- Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.

- Experience working with competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED completed.
- Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
- Strong communication skills—oral, written, and visual—with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn.
- Age 18+.
- First‑Aid and CPR (in‑person).
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- Relevant degree (BA/BS or AD) in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services with required years of experience as specified.
