Project Managers Multiple Positions Available – Utility-Scale Solar & BESS EPC

A leading Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) company specializing in utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of major renewable energy infrastructure projects across the Northeast.

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with a strong pipeline of utility-scale solar and energy storage developments, playing a key leadership role in project execution, operational excellence, and client management.

As Project Executive, you will provide executive oversight across a portfolio of utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Provide executive leadership across utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects
• Oversee project execution from preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership
• Drive project performance across schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk mitigation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, utilities, owners, subcontractors, and vendors
• Support contract negotiations, change order management, forecasting, and commercial strategy
• Lead construction and operational reviews to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate execution risks while implementing best practices across projects
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic growth and operational improvements

• 10+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction, EPC, or infrastructure delivery
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary construction teams across multiple sites
• Strong commercial acumen including budgets, forecasting, contracts, and change management
• Experience managing EPC subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

• Direct experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Experience with high-voltage infrastructure, substations, and interconnection
• Background working for a leading renewable energy EPC contractor or developer
