What role you will play in our team

• Production Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining all equipment associated with producing natural gas from the wellhead to the point it reaches the gathering pipeline
• This also includes maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, collecting data, entering data, and the ability to recognize potential issues when analyzing the data collected.
• This position will either be out of Butler County or Fayette County.

What you will do

• Maintain and Operate natural gas production equipment
• Manage lease locations – including vegetation management, housekeeping, rainwater pumping, and mitigating any environmental issues.
• Tank battery maintenance- fluid inventory, maintaining closed vent system, flare operation, and maintaining associated equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance of all on site equipment
• Be part of a rotational on-call system for after hours, weekends, and holiday issues

About You

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistently safe work ethic
• Must be willing and able to work in various locations, both indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures
• Must be willing and able to attend/complete required training courses
• Ability to operate hand tools or other equipment to accomplish assigned tasks
• Ability to plan daily work activities in accordance with established Company and Regulatory procedures
• Flexibility to be available as required for on-call coverage during after-hours, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Prior oil and gas experience preferred
• Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced personnel
• Operate a company owned vehicle (Valid driver’s license required)
