Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – No Experience Needed!

We’re hiring for July and August classes in St.Louis today. Paid training, transportation, lodging, meals are provided. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

• No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive, paid training (8 weeks of hands‑on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included).

First‑year earning potential: $50,000‑$75,000. Long‑term earning potential: $70,000‑$150,000+. Starting compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and geographic location, but is expected to be $21.00 per hour.
