* Qualifications:

* Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
* Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
* High School Diploma or equivalent  preferred
* Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance

Essential Functions
* Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned
* Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor
* Maintains inventory of supplies and  equipment  in good working order
* Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
* Performs all other duties as assigned
