* What You’ll Do:

** As a Materials Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring materials and parts flow efficiently to support operations:
* Pick and prepare parts accurately for shipment
* Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP
* Monitor shared inbox for urgent and priority requests
* Coordinate same-day and emergency shipments
* Receive, label, and accurately stock material
* Support Shipping & Receiving operations (cross-trained role)
* Operate material handling equipment safely
* Maintain readiness to support critical needs, including on-call rotation
** What You Bring /

Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* 2–5 years of material handling or logistics experience preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* SAP experience is a plus
* Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
* Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire) This is a safety-sensitive, plant-based role.
** Location & Work Environment
*** Located within convenient commuting distance of downtown Pittsburgh
* On-call rotation required once fully independent
