Landscape Crew MembersFull-Time | Seasonal
Join our installation and maintenance crews. No experience required—we provide training for motivated individuals who want to learn the landscape industry. Opportunities for advancement based on performance.
- Assist with landscape installation projects
- Perform maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, and planting
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Work as part of a professional team
Full-Time
Lead a maintenance crew providing exceptional service to our clients. Requires leadership skills, horticultural knowledge, and a commitment to quality.
- Supervise crew members and daily operations
- Ensure quality standards are met on all properties
- Client communication and relationship management
- Equipment operation and maintenance oversight
- Horticulture certification preferred
Full-Time
Oversee planting installation projects from design implementation to completion. Requires strong plant knowledge and attention to detail.
- Interpret landscape plans and designs
- Plant selection and placement expertise
- Soil preparation and amendment knowledge
- Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturalist preferred
Full-Time
Lead hardscape installation teams on high-end residential projects. Expertise in paver and stone installation required.
- Patio, walkway, and wall construction
- Grade and drainage management
- Equipment operation including skid steers and excavators
