Overview
EPIQ Logistics is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner committed to operational excellence, safety, and performance. We are seeking an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who understands Amazon systems, driver management, and daily delivery operations.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily dispatch operations and route launches
- Monitor driver progress throughout the day using Cortex
- Provide real-time support to drivers (rescues, reassignments, troubleshooting)
- Track and manage performance metrics (DCR, POD, EOC, safety, on-time dispatch)
- Coordinate rescue plans and route adjustments
- Communicate directly with Amazon OTR leadership
- Ensure compliance with company and Amazon policies
- Assist with driver coaching and performance improvement
- Prior Amazon DSP dispatch experience REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability for weekends and flexible shifts
- Proficiency with computers and data tracking
