Delivery Driver

Penco Corporation is seeking a qualified Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Handle product with care, ensuring no damage to product
• Immediately communicate any customer concerns to management
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as need
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and well maintained
• Inspect product prior to loading delivery truck, verify all hardware accounted for; notate any defects and inform management.
• Driving and navigating to customer locations
• Safe loading of product onto delivery truck
• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Review delivery tickets and check date, directions, special instructions
• Check load for stability and that all product is secure
• Document delivery and receipt according to company policy
• Obey all traffic regulations while operating a company owned vehicle on public roads or private property

• Maintain high safety standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong decision making, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to continually lift/move heavy products
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years delivery experience
  
  DOT Physical

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs unassisted and up to 200 lbs assisted
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, and walk for extended periods of time.
