The Administrative Services Team Member provides operational, clerical, and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. This role assists multiple departments by managing documentation, scheduling, communications, and administrative processes while maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. The position operates in a fully remote environment and requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to internal teams including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital documents, files, and records
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate internal communications and respond to inquiries professionally
- Support project and operational teams with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Assist with procurement, vendor communication, and administrative workflows
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred - 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, office administration, or business operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Experience supporting multiple departments or executive teams
- Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (Asana, Trello, , etc.)
- Experience with data management or document control processes
- Previous experience supporting remote or distributed team
