* Create and maintain documentation on supported technologies.
* Pass down knowledge of technologies to junior staff members.
* Perform remote system administration tasks as part of a virtual team.
* Automate tasks with scripts where necessary.
* Execute small projects and assist in planning larger local projects.
* Act as the initial escalation point for junior technicians.
* Understand all aspects of the equipment you support.
