Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will be involved in crucial production activities that require precision and attention to detail. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where teamwork and communication are essential for success.

• Stand for up to 6-8 hours during shifts.
• Handle parts carefully, ensuring no tossing, throwing, or dropping.
• Understand and adhere to quality expectations.
• Wire or clip objects to racks or hoists for processing and remove parts post-processing.
• Unrack parts, perform quality checks, and verify completion with precision.
• Apply basic math operations in the work environment.

• Experience in production, general labor, and packing.
• Ability to follow work orders and perform packaging tasks.
• Proficiency in masking and racking operations.
• Strong attention to detail and careful handling of parts valued at hundreds of dollars.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.

• Good communication skills are essential for teamwork.

The work environment involves exposure to fumes from paint booths and chemical lines near masking and packing areas. Noise levels can be significant due to machines running all day. Casual attire is acceptable, but sleeveless shirts and tank tops are prohibited, and closed-toe shoes are required. Construction-style footwear is preferred for those working in racking areas. The building is not insulated, so dress appropriately for varying temperatures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $21.30/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Seattle,WA.
