Job Title:

Machine Operator Packaging

What’s the Job?

• Safely sets-up and operates equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Applies knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions and ensure high-quality goods are produced.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
• Set-up, operate, and monitor various types of machines and specialized equipment.
• Check for any defects or malfunctions that may affect the quality of the product being produced or work being performed.
• Troubleshoot problems that may occur, and repair issues as needed.
• Accurately maintain records and documentation as required.
• Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Previous experience in the food industry
• Knowledgeable in GMP and HACCP programs
• Knowledge of food manufacturing sanitation requirements
• Ability and willingness to follow plant Quality, Safety and Security policies and guide
