Merchandiser, Retail

As a Merchandising Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the merchandising strategies for our companys products in the Washington area. Your main goal will be to maximize sales and profitability by ensuring our products are displayed in a visually appealing and organized manner. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for retail, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create effective merchandising plans
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for product placement and pricing adjustments
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure proper placement of products on shelves and displays
• Create attractive visual displays that adhere to company brand standards
• Train store employees on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail merchandising or related field
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a creative eye for visual displays
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Biometric passport preferred

This is a full‑time position based in Washington, with occasional travel required within the surrounding area.

Salary: $1800 per month. No accommodation provided.
